My first sports massage and very happy, i was a little apprehensive before arriving for the massage, soon as the door opened, i was made to feel welcome and at ease. He listened to what problems I’d been having and paid detailed attention to every area I had mentioned as well as talking me through every stage of the massage, I’ve left feeling way better than beforehand. Renew Body Therapy was the best massage experience I’ve ever had. My line of work requires me to be on my feet for long periods of the day, often bending and getting into arkward positions. This tends to build up a lot of tension around my body especially my back and legs. I went to Jikku with a sharp pain in my lower back shooting down into my leg he identified the problem an targeted the areas that were affected at the end of the deep tissue and cupping i felt instant relief in this area.
