Sophia Rose was exactly what I was looking for in a Physio - reassuring, kind, attentive and knowledgeable. After struggling with a reccuring knee problem she gave me some exercises that first brought the swelling down to increase movement and then she gave me strengthening exercises to build it up which were just the right level for me to maintain on a regular basis without making my knee worse. Thanks to this I’ve been able to improve on my fitness and bring the function back into my knee while waiting for MRI results. When the results did come in Sophia was able to discuss in great detail what had happened and the implications going forward. It’s been a great comfort to have this regular support during what has been a challenging time for me, and I recommend her and Mac Physio thoroughly.

Tried a beginner reformer pilates class with Kiri. Was a really great workout. Pushed muscles I didn't know existed. Could have been confusing but Kiri's instructions were really clear and easy to follow. Gave different exercises for different abilities and didn't shame me when I was struggling. Small groups mean instructor can keep an eye on you and correct form if you're in danger of tying yourself in a knot. Would recommend.

I was at Mac Physio and Pilates for a lengthy period of time because of my injury. Thanks to the care, advice and professionalism from my physio therapist Martin I'm now well on the road to recovery. If you require treatment I can without a doubt recommend Mac Physio and Pilates. You will receive a friendly and helpful response from Nickie the receptionist to book that first appointment.

Best Physio in the West Midlands. Been seeing Stuart now since 2016 post shoulder ops and more recently a slipped disc. He is very thorough in his explanations and helps his patients feel comfortable that the treatment they are receiving is the correct one. I have always had fantastic results. If anyone is suffering from any joint and aches, I would certainly recommend Stuart.

I can’t fault the clinic and service I received from start to end. Stuart was excellent - he took time to understand my concerns, answered all my questions and gave me guidance and treatment with I was extremely happy with. Great turn around time and top quality support.

Stuart's treatment was a game-changer. Constant shoulder pain from the gym minimised after 8 weeks of his plan. Back to training and feeling great! Highly recommend.

Visited Matthew today with lower back pain He listened to me tell him what had been happening, and then carried out a thorough assessment, explaining everything he was doing He has left me with a set of exercises to do, and agreed to review in 3/4 weeks. Matt is friendly, informative and very skilled in his work. He has a professional approach and his new premesis for the business is well presented and comfortable. He has been helping me with general ageing issues in my body as well as advice around my weight training. I will be a long term client and highly recommend his services.

Extremely pleased with my session with Matt this afternoon. He assessed the problem with my shoulder. Gave some treatment and suggested some exercises . A way to go but feel I am on road to recovery. Have booked another appointment but there was no pressure to do so. Love the new consulting rooms.
