Hypnobirthing with Molly was our favourite antenatal class. Molly taught us more than just hypnobirthing techniques, she helped us understand the physiology of birth and truly appreciate the ability of our bodies to birth naturally. Molly’s years of experience as a Midwife was a fantastic bonus. We loved Molly’s calming voice on her relaxation CD and practised every day at home. She involved the partners, teaching them massage and empowering them to help the women stay relaxed and focused during childbirth. We completed the course feeling confident, excited and with our anxieties calmed. Using Molly’s techniques, we had a quick, and easy water birth. This was the most joyful day of my life!

After learning the M Technique (deep relaxation therapy) from Jane, my clients have found the treatment to be utterly relaxing. It allows them to melt into submission, allowing their mind to unwind and let go of inner turmoil. After each treatment they feel rested yet refreshed, with the ability to think clearly and therefore deal with whatever life throws at them.

Vicki is a lady with magic hands, having been for deep tissue massages before I was sceptical as they weren't very good but Vicki is amazing at putting my body back into shape!! A truly relaxing and friendly atmosphere, Vicki puts you at ease immediately. Cannot recommend her enough!

Kates work is amazing. She's confident and will go through what you need with her. She will see things through and recommend things and refer you if you need other help you might need. She's honest which is what anyone wants in a professional with their health to help get them better. Very friendly and polite. Her business is amazing and totally recommend her 100%.

A most sensitive approach was taken to it being my first ever acupuncture session. Kate was highly professional whilst being entirely personable. A delightful mix. Kate clearly knew and believed in what she practiced, and I was treated with the upmost respect and care. The treatment tended to specific ares (carefully explained0 and then the repose and gentleness afterward seemed to boost the treatments. Kate utterly is intune, GO and SEE HER you will not be dissappointed.

I saw Kate for accupuncture treatment before, during and after four separate cycles of IVF. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She explained in simple terms how the treatment could help at each stage and I am certain it made a huge difference to our eventual success. She is very knowledgable about the fertility field and was able to suggest changes to exercise and lifestyle that could also help alongside her own treatment and the IVF. Most importantly she was an oasis of calm and kindness which was so important to me during such stressful and emotional times.
