Excellent service from Aidan and all of the team at Randell's. A very friendly and professional service, from making my first appointment until the end of what turned out to be a long course of treatment everything was managed very efficiently. Front of house staff are very helpful and approachable. On first meeting Aidan, I was immediately put at ease and felt that I was in good hands. Throughout the course of treatment Aidan was always both extremely professional in his work but also very friendly and someone who it is easy to feel a positive rapport with, making the not always particularly pleasant treatment easy to bear. I highly recommend Randell's. Their service is of the highest standard and overall represents very good value for money.

I really want to thank Aidan and the team at Randell's Footcare for looking after me so well. I knew I was in good hands from my first appointment and felt truly taken care of over the course of my treatment. Aidan was friendly, knowledgeable, and totally on the case. We built a rapport over a series of appointments and he held a genuine interest in my wellbeing which made me feel really relaxed and at ease. It was excellent service and, on top of everything, he cured me! I'd give 6 stars if I could!

Jubilee was fantastic - so professional and so lovely. The NHS waiting list was 18-weeks for my daughter’s ingrown toenails which have caused so much pain and inconvenience. When I phoned Randall’s, they were able to see her next day and booked in for the procedure in just a few days. All went perfectly and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Jubilee!

I had a very stubborn verruca on my toe for over 20 years. I had tried absolutely everything over the years and went to numerous different Podiatrist’s. They all tried and failed and by this time the verruca had spread to my fingers also, causing me much distress. Finally a Podiatrist highly recommended me to go and see Graeme Franklin and said to me “if anyone can cure this then it’s Graeme with his needling technique”. This was the first time I had ever heard of this procedure. I went ahead and booked in and after my initial consultation with Graeme, everything was clearly explained to me and I was booked in for 2 surgery’s. A few weeks after the first surgery i noticed the Verruca had de-bulked and became more comfortable on the foot. A few months after my second surgery all the verrucas on both my fingers and toes have completely gone. I can’t believe how well this procedure worked with minimal pain. I only wish I had heard about this surgery and treatment earlier and not wasted my time and money on other treatments over the years. I would highly recommend Graeme to anyone looking to be Verruca and wart free!

I am extremely pleased with the results from our sessions, with the new orthotics working wonders. My feet were causing not just pain there but lower back issues as well. We are only a month or so into these new ones but already the back pain has deminished significantly, I am walking without pain and generally so much more comfortable all-round. I highly recommend Graeme Franklin if you are struggling with similar issues. He offers a friendly and extremely professional 5-star service and ongoing support.

Graeme was very professional and knowledgeable when treating my daughter. He was welcoming and immediately put my 6 year old at ease. His evident expertise put right the issue that both a GP and chiropodist failed to do - within a month a rather nasty and painful verucca was completely gone. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

I visited Robin, earlier this week, for my first ever appointment with a Chiropodist. Robin quickly put me at my ease, by thoroughly, checking what I was hoping for and taking good history of issues with any aspect of my lower limbs, including my hips. Robin was friendly, personable, great demeanour. Robin explained everything as we went along, happily answered my questions. He also checked that I was comfortable with the treatment (s). Highly recommend!

Robin is very knowledgeable and has always gone above and beyond to help me with my issues. I’ve struggled with plantar fasciitis for some time and am very grateful for his help.

Robin has been doing my feet for over a decade, I wouldn’t trust anyone else and his expertise and knowledge are second to none! Highly recommended.
