Most amazing vet hospital practice from start. Reception and office staff so helpful and kind, vets and nurses so, skilled and caring, go way and above what they need to do, truly care. The knowledge throughout the practice is first class. They have looked after 5 of our golden retrievers over a period of around 20 years. We could not ask for more, always there for our boys and us. Nothing is too much trouble, same applies to the Longwater practice staff, along with hydrotherapy and physio.

This was the second time I had to use norwich night vets/taverham vets. And I am so happy with them. They kept me updated with texts and phone calls. They let me visit my boy. And he is now home and hopefully to be fully mended soon

Took great care of our dog and were very reassuring when he went down with very scary looking illness.

Thank you to Michael at Vets4Pets Sprowston, who was very thorough over one of our pet cats, when we suspected them of having an injury last week. Thankfully nothing seems to be wrong with him, but I did take home some prescribed medicine, just in case. Vets4Pets have always been great to our four cats. I would also like to highlight the vets Sergio and Hannah, who have always given great treatment and care to our cats in the past. Please keep up the great work. Thank you to all your vets, nurses, and reception staff.

my late guinea pig saw dr james pritchard and dr michael board not too long ago , they had so much respect for me and my girl and they were so comforting and supportive with my decision ,they thoroughly helped to give her the most comfortable send off possible and i’m forever thankful for the beautiful card and treatment i received at sprowston vets 4 pets.

Thank you for saving my dog today, it was a very serious emergency operation, we are so grateful.

Truly the best vets in Norwich; I have been visiting this practice with my pets since childhood, and continue to bring my cats here as an adult. The service is outstanding; the practice is clean, the reception staff are welcoming and absolutely lovely, the vets are fantastic, kind, and patient, and they never overcharge price-wise. One of our cats has behavioural issues, and even she is met with patience and kindness despite her bad behaviour! Thank you so much for everything you do.

I have used this vet for years and will always recommend them. Today I had to make the difficult decision to let my rat, Olive, go, and while they don't usually see rats, they very kindly agreed to do this as I couldn't get to my usual exotic vets. I didn't get the name of the vet I saw but he was so kind and respectful, and gave me the reassurance I needed, so I want to thank him and the rest of the team for making a terrible day a little lighter.

Lovely staff and very spacious & clean . The vet Olga was so nice with our dog and explained everything very well to us . The Receptionist was also very nice .
