Melak maintained very good communication from the initial contact until the final installation. He discussed the options for my air conditioning and made excellet recommendations to suit my needs. On arrival with his colleague, he set to work clearing the work space and protecting my furniture. They both worked diligently checking in with me on progress and explaining the installations step by step. At the end of the successful installation Melak showed me in great detail how to operate the system. They tidied up at the end of the job and treated mt property with great respect. They installed the system at a very competetive price. I recommend Melak and his team without reserrvation.

We are delighted with the Air Conditioning installed by Melak and his partner. They were very professional and a pleasure to be in our house. Everything was tidy and all packaging removed. We would thoroughly recommend Clever Heating & Cooling Solutions Ltd.

We first contacted Richard in around 2021 for AC installation. We were given a reasonable quote for 2 rooms and everything was put in the diary. Unfortunately, on the day, we had a deeply personal tragedy with Richard standing outside. He was extremely professional and polite and cancelled the job on our request. I got in touch a few months later and we again sorted the days out, this time we asked for 3 units to be installed instead of two. We did have to wait a bit (1 or 2 months approx,I can't remember exactly)as he is quite busy. However, it was worth the wait. Richard was professional and meticulous throughout, tidying up each room as he went about with the installations. I highly recommend using kooltouch and we will be using them for any future installations needed.

Richard installed air conditioning in my home office. The price was reasonable and the installation was faultless. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. He’s an expert in specifying systems for home or work, so important when considering aircon in the U.K.
