Scott and Alister turned up as advised every day, replaced our facias, soffits and guttering, plus additional cement and flat roof work. The site was keep clean and tidy and the guys kept us informed every step of the way. The guys were a utter joy and extremely helpful, and very respectful whilst on our neighbours property. We had soffit, guttering and fascia replaced by Mike Carroll roofing in late 2019. Our detached 1920’s property had some tricky corners and some areas had challenging access. We we’re impressed throughout by everyone in the team; communication, customer service, attitude and friendliness were exceptional. The aftercare and follow up in response to a recent minor gutter problem was expedient and impressive.

Following completion of our work, replacement soffits facias and guttering we are happy to confirm that the work was carried out efficiently despite the deplorable weather.
