Joined care and carers last year, love my job, and most things about it, apart from bad weather, as i cycle. I have just joined and completed 3 days training including a thorough induction and introduction to the Care Certificate, very thorough and in depth moving and handling, basic life support and medication administration training. I have professional experience prior as a care worker and I have been enormously impressed with how in depth all the training has been. The MD and care-coordinator are both lovely, helpful, down to earth and genuine and I’m reassured that everyone else will be too.

Right at home have been a huge source of reassurance for me and a life changer for my Mum, I live 2 hours away and they have been so kind and professional. Today I rang at short notice mid bank holiday weekend for some urgent support for my Mum and they were there within 30 mins - quite extraordinary, many thanks to Giles and the team and especially Charlotte today - you are my Easter stars!
