Booked my van in for no air con working , Ive been a heating engineer with 37 years experience in the industry , I was very impressed with the professionalism and service in general from original call , lady in reception through to the gentleman who carried out the works ,I would and have recommended red dragon air conditioning to family and friends already . 10 out of 10.

Just had 2 Panasonic units installed at my house which is also my place of business. Steve and Eric came and got it all installed and tested and it has already made a massive change to my home. Great guys, reliable and reasonable, highly recommended.

Just completed my F-Gas certification at this training centre. 22 years with in the heating industry and the best centre and training I think I’ve received. Thanks to Steve, Eric & Gill.

Silviu Dobrea.... We are not closed for holidays and have not been all year, We have not announced or advertised that we are closed either. We install air conditioning systems throughout South Wales 6 days a week. So it's difficult for me to understand why you would say that. Please try to email us or phone us and we will reply as we normally do.

Really friendly and helpful. Couldn't do enough to help. Would definitely recommend it.

Experienced some trouble getting our Ariston boiler (in our static caravan) serviced although it is only 4 years old and under warranty. Last year Helen organised a service when we wanted, the engineer arrived on time and did the work. After Christmas we had a problem and Helen arranged for Phil (her Husband) took the time even though outside working hours to help us on the phone. Today Phil came to service our boiler and on my recommendation next doors caravan everything went smoothly turns out Phil is a motor cyclist as was I when much younger so much chat and reminisce took place together with a boiler I can already see is much improved. Addition 25.4.2024 Phil been today toastie warm this afternoon. Much chat no fuss work done all good for another year. Miss talking with Helen but new last year admin lady Kate is, like Helen a delight to talk to. Thank you all for the excellent service.

Delighted with the service we received from Eric Collier and Son, from the way our initial enquiry was handled to Phil's help in talking us through our options re. new boiler and warm air central heating system and ultimately to George and Charlie's fitting of our new boiler and AquaAir system. A pleasure to deal with, and can't speak highly enough of George & Charlie...friendly, efficient, tidy, helpful. Thanks all.
