Great company who use quality products, employ friendly and experienced fitters and do what the customer wants. This is the second time we have used them to fit windows in our Cornish style house. We wanted the windows lowered and they really stepped up to the challenge, whereas a couple of other installers didn't want to know. Now they have been lowered we can hang curtains and blinds correctly as in standard window designs and the added bonus is I can reach them to open them now! I would thoroughly recommend them as nothing is too much trouble.

Great company! The guy I spoke to on the phone was very accommodating and helpful. Needed glass taken out and they fit me in quickly, the guys who came were friendly and efficient. Their customer service was impeccable, and I can’t fault it. Would definitely recommend and go back to them in the future!

The quote was competitive, and the salesman, Eddie, wasn’t in any way ‘hard-selling’. Nathan, the surveyor, was equally friendly and efficient. A faultless service, from the sales consultation, no hard sell, really clear communication helping to clarify our requirements. The measurement stage was efficient and noted measurements were double checked. The installers, Jonathan and Logan were 1st class. Appeared to take great pride in their work and were polite, friendly and industrious over the two days. Payment process was also easy and friendly, managed by Emma. The windows and doors are amazing and make a huge improvement for which we are very grateful. All round excellent service and more than happy to recommend.

I had 8 new windows and 1 back door fitted through MPN coming up 10 years ago. Had a recent problem with the door hinge and minor issues with a couple of the windows but after a very prompt response from Emma to my email an engineer came out 2 weeks later. Josh the engineer turned up on time and was very pleasant, courteous and did a very good job and even checked all the other windows over. Very efficient and thorough work.
