We sold our house through Watts and Morgan and were really impressed with their efficiency, knowledge and kindness. The market was very buoyant then fell to completely flat during the time we were trying to sell. We had two sales fall through, one the day before exchange. Throughout, Talia was really helpful with her sound advice and she and Rebecca pulled out all the stops for us. Very pleased with the quality and experience of the staff. They were always available and prompt with their answers to queries. We came to realise quite soon that being an estate agent is not the easiest of jobs, having to deal with delays by Sellers and with Buyers pushing for early completion.
