We live where there's a communal underfloor heating system. Whenever there's been a fault within our apartment, the attending mechanic from Invictus has been polite, friendly and responsive. We've only ever had to wait a while for a repair and that, like many other aspects of 21st Century Life, was because the part had to be ordered in from abroad - likely to have been more complex since UK left the EU (although I'm no expert). I do know that having this support of an efficient and caring team means the world to a building where older less mobile people are resident. Thank you All.

The installation of an air conditioning system in my wife`s restaurant was swiftly done in under a day, very tidy job at a good price, highly recommendable. Really good service. Came out very quickly to diagnose an air source heat pump fault. Got the replacement part sorted and shuffled their week around to get the repair done asap as we had no heating or hot water. Well priced and great service. Highly recommend.
