Lisa and the whole team at The Carpet Barn have been fabulous. From guidance with what carpet to select, which underlay is best suited and making sure we had both grippers & door trims- they’ve made this rather overwhelming and stressful process a dream! The carpet fitting was super speedy and available for the same week we placed our order. Both fitters were lovely & polite and fit the carpets with no issues. They also some larger off cuts so we could use them as walkways while moving our furniture in & out the rooms. Overall a very happy customer and can’t wait to move in and enjoy our brand new carpets!

We have used Carpet Barn throughout our whole house renovation, the customer service is 10/10 and have always spoken to Matt who has always gone above and beyond, coming out multiple times to measure and check certain flooring areas before it gets laid and general happy to help as much as he can, the fitters are great to very polite and know there stuff! Thank you for your great customer service!

We have used Carpet Barn all the time I have needed to get carpet in my houses they are very easy to work with them. It is very welcoming place to visit. stuff are all very friendly. and the carpet fitters they recommend they are very easy to work with them as well.

Atinderpal Singh was brilliant, he came and fitted laminate downstairs and 2 bathrooms with lino aswell as 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs with carpet. He was very tidy and polite and his work was brilliant. His work ethic was amazing and didn’t stop all day! Very happy and couldn’t recommend enough! Thanks.

Atinderpal did an excellent job of fitting our carpets, he was very respectful and made sure all doors fitted correctly without snagging the carpet before leaving. Thank you.

Don't hesitate to book Bristol Flooring! Both ladies in the office were friendly, professional, and helped us to choose the best products for our home. They organised the process (of reflooring our whole house) seamlessly from start to finish. Our two fitters did an absolutely super job and we're over the moon with the result. Bonus is that they left the house clean and tidy every day, which was particularly helpful as we have a toddler and a baby. They were also really friendly which made it very easy to have them around. All in all, we're really impressed and highly recommend!

We have been using Bristol Flooring since 2005. We can't rate the company highly enough. From the initial enquiries to the final fit, everyone involved is friendly, professional and highly competent. To top it off, they are really reasonable as well. We will be back. They are our go to flooring solution everytime. Great local service at a great price is extremely rare these days!! Thank you.
