Hi. I was looking for a professional survey, I thought if we were aware of all the problems in the property we are selling, we will have a better idea with regard to pricing the property realistically. If there was a large amount of repairs that needed carrying out on the property our selling price would be lower. With the benefit of the survey our selling price has gone up by many tens of thousands. With Allcott's guidance we are now in a much better position to sell our property at a much better price. Would I use Allcott's again without a doubt. Allcott's provide a service that all property developers across the northwest of England would benefit from.

I instructed Allcott associates to undertake a class 3 comprehensive survey on the property we were buying. There was no lead time between my instruction and them contacting the vendor to arrange the survey and, because they had a cancellation, they were able to undertake the survey the following day. The report itself was promptly delivered within 4 working days and it was even more detailed than we expected. Delighted with the service and the report - Highly recommended.
