Our air source heat pump stopped working and Westcott came out the next day. I have been so pleased with the service I received. We struggled to find a reliable and professional company who deals with heat pumps, and now we’ve found Westcott we will use them all the time. They couldn’t do more to help, and were professional and knowledgable.

I have had the first air conditioning installation fitted about a week ago, a truly excellent and professional team, no mess whatsoever , would recommend them 110%, I am about to order the second installation I am so pleased.

The team was great including the engineers who made it all so simple. Overall, flexible, friendly, knowledgeable and even came back in person to support with any questions we had with the system fitted. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Scott and his team highly enough. From start to finish Scott was a dream to work with. He was always on hand to answer any questions I had and help me make a decision on what would work best for us. Install day was perfect. I hate having people in to do work as it is usually such a stress but I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Very respectful and treated my house is if it was their own, an extremely pleasant and considerate team. If your after air con, don’t bother looking anywhere else, you’ll be wasting your time, these are the guys to choose.

The company was quick to respond to my inquiry to arrange a visit for a quote. Extremely knowledgeable about the products vs our requirements and were helpful in choosing a suitable AC unit for our garden room. The team were on time, polite and friendly and did a first class installation that works a treat. Tidied up after themselves at the end and were all round fantastic to deal with.

Great service from start to finish! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get a/c installed! Friendly, very clean when working and did a great job! I will be using again when putting more a/c installed the other rooms in house.
