Red Brick has recently undertaken management of my property. After the former tenants vacated and left the property in a dismal state of disrepair, Red Brick oversaw its transformation and readiness for retenanting. During the process of redecoration Red Brick kept us informed on the property's progress with regular updates. New tenants were found quickly after property was advertised. Thank you Red Brick for your highly skilled and professional attitude! Thank you to Donna for all your support and your quick and informative responses to questions raised. I really appreciate your help and understanding and sorting any issues immediately. I would recommend Red Brick to any prospective tenants and anyone planning on selling their home.

I’ve been with Red Brick from when they first set up in 2003. They have expertly managed my rental property all this time, meaning that as a remote landlord I didn’t have to worry. They made the day to day issues easy, offering good advice as they arose. It helped that they also managed having any work done and built up a good relationship with my tenants. Recently they have also sold my property as well as managing the tenants moving out. I was pleased that a buyer was found very quickly. Red Brick managed the intricate closing down of the rental agreement and managing the buyer successfully with a minimal of time that the property was vacant. This was very much appreciated and again, even more important as I was not local. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Red Brick to both landlords and sellers

I came to Patrick initially whilst putting together a business plan for a buy-to-let business. He gave me generous amounts of his time to go over and refine some of the details, as well as taking me around the Coventry city area to help me better understand the kind of property market I was getting into. I feel very confident moving forwards with the new business model and also relying on Patrick and his team to manage things when I am out of the country. I recommend getting in touch with Patrick first if you are heading down a similar road, there is nothing more valuable than good advice.

I have been using Matthew James as my Letting agent for the past 4 years and have they have always provided a very professional service, ensuring my property & my tenants are well looked after from the onset and through out the tenancy periods. I have been using Matthew James for over 5 years , they manage three of my properties, Steve and Jake have always answered mt e-mails and calls, they seem to get my properties always rented and they achieve good levels of rent, it is unfair to always blame the letting agents for bad tenants, but luckily we have avoided them.
