Waseem came to look at my leaking boiler, which unfortunately turned out I'd need a new one, he informed me of the price before he started so no big shock at the finish!! I found him to but polite and he explained everything that he was doing, and even took the time to show me how to get the best use of my new boiler. Everything was left clean and tidy, I'm glad I chose this company and would thoroughly recommend you give them a try you won't be disappointed.

I have a novemboiler with underfloor heating, and I needed somebody to rectify. Some wiring issues that I had with thermostat and also to fit a double check valve on the cold pipe. They use tracking links so you can track them when they are on the way to your home. I would recommend hundred percent.

Excellent installation of 10kw heatpump. Was fully informed on what to expect beforehand, with several discussions up front including facts and figures, and all went to plan. Took a week to install as anticipated, with a clean and slick installation at the end of it. The team were really careful and systematic in the way they worked. It came across as a super well-planned and executed operation considering how many moving parts were involved. They were clean and respectful as they worked through the house and the dog fell in love with the main plumbing engineer Scott. Communication was great, including getting a text every morning to say they were on the way with an ETA. The lads were always happy to stop and explain where they were up to at each stage of the intstallation, and they found really clever solutions to keep the electrics and pipework hidden and as efficiently positioned as possible. Getting control system onto mobile app at the end was relatively straightforward and seems to offer much easier control and data than we ever would have had from the old gas boiler system. We've given JLN permission to access our hotwater/heating data via the app so they can cast a professional eye over our consumption as we start to use it to help optimise our settings in the coming days/weeks.

A fantastic group. Incredibly clued up on air source heat pumps, and backed by HeatGeek (which is where I found them for my install). They're investing in the right training to get everyone up to speed, and the entire crew that I met were brilliant: very helpful and a great laugh too. Amazing Service, make sure the work was done and went above and beyond to educate everyone in the house on how to proper operate the heating. Also set the timer in the house and did some extra checks.
