We have been with Bluebird Care Coventry for a while now. We have a mix of calls ranging from personal care to cleaning and everything in between! Although my husband is primarily the service user for personal care, showering etc., I also have one call a week to help with cleaning and decluttering. This particular call has been running for about a year now and has really made a difference. All the carers who come are very different from each other and it is nice to see a variety of faces and personalities.

Just want to thank the team for their outstanding care for my mum and dad. I was really worried about how they would react to receiving care as they have always been so independent. Bluebird Care has made the transition so easy and comfortable. The regular carers they receive are fantastic with them both. I would highly recommend.

Bluebird Care Coventry does an excellent job caring for my Uncle. They continue to deliver great care and have never let him down, over the last 8 months, which is great reassurance because I live much further away. Highly recommended.

After dealing with a truly awful company for over a year I was very anxious about moving to this company after seeing the reviews on Google. I believe this is the best affordable (council) agency available. I have 2 carers - so excellent continuity of care. Where there have been teething problems, or issues the management have dealt with it sensitively and well. Daisy and Kay both care greatly and it truly shows. They always come in with a smile and are keen to help! As a retired care manager I can say that whilst there are the odd mix up (care management are humans too) they are quick to apologise and make it right. If you require time changes they are quick to do that if they are able (even same day). All in all they are fair, caring and willing to go the extra mile. I understand from my social worker initially years ago there were issues but in the last year things have massively improved. I can say I agree with this.

The carers have been more than just professional. They’ve been kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They treat my dad with respect and warmth, always taking the time to chat, listen, and make sure they’re comfortable and happy. It’s made such a difference, not just for them, but for all of us.

The carers have been punctual, respectful, and consistently kind. They go above and beyond to not only meet physical care needs but also to provide companionship and emotional support. Communication with the office has been clear and responsive, which gives us peace of mind knowing we can always reach someone if needed.
