We had an AC unit installed last summer in our attic room, and it has been absolutely wonderful. We are mid-terrace so there was a lot of piping internally and externally that was beautifully hidden where possible. It has transformed the use of the room both in summer and winter (where it acts as a heater), and really doesn't cost much at all to run. Service was first class and installers very friendly and professional. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We had a need for some good air conditioning for our business's prep room. Dan and John did a great job spec'ing up the right unit for our purposes and the site visit was great and efficient. The team who installed were great and answered every question we had. I can highly recommend this team for the quality of their advice and professionalism of their team from start to finish. John and his team were responsive and helpful from the start. His price in came in very competitive and he was able to fit the system very quickly. On the day, his team were a pleasure to deal with and were in and out in a few hours. The AC is working great and we're very pleased.

Superb service. Simon visited and diagnosed a defective fan on my elderly Canadian air source heat pump. It was not possible to source an original spare part, but Simon offered excellent advice, and he returned a few days later to fit a generic fan. The result is simply fantastic. It looks as good as new and the heat pump is now working perfectly. I cannot recommend Simon enough - he is a heat pump wizard.

Simon is the only engineer I have found who can diagnose and fix our IVT Greenline ground source heat pump. He is thorough, efficent and fixed our system unlike others who claim to service heat pumps and are neither capable or qualified to fix them! Save yourself a lot of angst and call PR Cooling.

Simon came to my house to fix my heat pump. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Managed to get it working again which made the kids happy.

Josh is knowledgeable, reasonably priced and was happy to supply us with multiple quotes before we settled on one. He was clean, tidy and professional. He fitted us in quickly and arrived at the time he said he would. If you are looking to have air conditioning fitted to your premises, I can't recommend Birch Refrigeration enough

We wanted a/c installed in our home so we had several local quotes. Josh was excellent at explaining the process for the installation and gave us guidance on the best system for our needs. We organised a date and time for the installation, Josh was on time, cleaned up, and did a really tidy job. The price quoted is what we paid after the installation. If you are looking for an a/c installation, then I highly recommend Josh.

Really pleased with the whole process of having an aircon unit installed in our garden bar. Everything was properly installed and finished and a demo of how it works was given. Would highly recommend Josh and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
