I was very impressed with Jackson Property throughout my entire process of buying my first home. As a first time buyer, this can be a very daunting process, but they were very helpful and quick at replying to any emails. Michelle Mantle, in particular, was incredibly helpful and dealt with all my many questions! Her help was very appreciated and I would most definitely recommend Jackson's as a result of the excellent customer service she provided. After contracts were exchanged, Michelle provided me with a hamper of goodies, which was a very thoughtful touch - it included essentials like toilet roll, zoflora, bin bags, a home magazine, biscuits, popcorn and tea bags,amongst more, which were very useful in the first days of moving in when you're living out of boxes! Thank you for all your help!!

From initial contact, marketing advice, instruction through to completion the team at Jacksons have been brilliant.Great communication, they respond quickly to queries and kept us informed at all times.We simply could not have had a better experience and would recommend the team without hesitation.

What a wonderful estate agency. I have had dealings with several estate agencies both in London and Hereford, and I easily place Northwood top of my list. They work so hard - even coming out on a Sunday morning for a viewing! This combined with a genuine friendliness, understanding, reliability and attention to detail make Northwood the "go to" agent for me every time.

We've been very happy with our experience with Northwood thus far. Tim and the rest of the team has been very helpful in our move from the US to the UK as there are many differences regarding leases between the two. We would highly recommend to Northwood to anyone.

I have dealt with Northwood over the last 10 years, firstly as a landlord at recently for a sale. I rented my property through Haystack property for over 2 years. It was pretty much a hassle free process working with Becky, she gave excellent advice throughout the whole process. In the 2 years, if the tenants had any issues Becky would pass them on to myself and if I requested, she would organise for the relevant trade to complete the works. I think the service offered by Haystack represents good value for money.

We have used Haystack Property for several years now and at no time have we found them to be anything other than professional and extremely knowledgeable within the property market. I would not have any concerns in recommending Becky / Haystack to anyone who was looking to sell, purchase or rent a property.

This was our first time renting and we couldn't have had anyone better. Becky is organised, responsive and a lovely person. She made the renting process simple for us and we trust her.
