Mark and John have just finished our bathroom and cloak room renovations and I’m blown away by the end results. The bathroom and cloak room now look fantastic and have been completely transformed. I could not fault the high standard of work completed and would not hesitate to recommend Mark and John to anyone. From the very start, Mark has been fantastic- he was able to quickly come and give us a quote, listened to exactly what we wanted and was able to recommend products where necessary. Mark was responsive during the planning stages and was not phased by my back and forth changes and ideas. The work was then completed in the timescale advised and everything was left looking tidy at the end. Mark and John were a pleasure to have working in the house, they were friendly and polite throughout the works and respectful to our schedules also. Also, both were incredibly respectful regarding pets in the house and making sure at all times the pet was safe. I will definitely be contacting again for any works needed in the future.

Mark has just completed a bathroom refit for us! Bringing us into the 21st century! A totally professional company. I could just leave them to get on with the job. Each day, I was updated on the progress. Nothing was too much trouble! The standard of workmanship is excellent. Mark organised all the other trades required. Cleared the site and left it tidy. Best company I've dealt with in ages. I would highly recommend them.

Have had a few jobs completed by Lofty now, wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, came out at short notice to fix a burst pipe, attended site when he said he would and completed all works to a high standard. Thanks Lofty.

Lofty was very prompt in responding. After listening to the proposed work (which was to replace kitchen sink and taps) he called within a day or two to see just what was needed. He then forwarded information of various styles and names of suppliers. All that done and choice made he is booked to carry out the work mid August. I found Lofty very efficient. There was never any pressure. Have booked him in to replace radiator in September. I would definitely recommend. - Dorothy A Reply
