Fantastic installation of air conditioning to the top floor of our townhouse! The engineers that installed this for us were top notch. From talking through what they were going to do, to the final clear up and handover on the completion of the job, their attention to detail and level of customer service was second to none. We had a full system fitted, oil tank, external boiler and all pipe work/radiators and some sink plumbing/drainage. From start to finish McRoberts have been excellent - fully explained site visit and quote, very patient when we changed things around, worked with us to install in stages to allow us to complete some needed building preparations. All the staff have been friendly and helpful and after sales service has been great - signed up for yearly service and yesterday needed to call them out as the dog had somehow turned the oil tank off- they came same day and bled the system and got us working again! Would recommend McRoberts without hesitation - honest prices, great service and excellent staff! Thanks for all your hard work guys!

From assessing our needs to fitting a new boiler , then suddenly having to arrange very quickly a new boiler when the old one was unexpectedly condemned, Robbie and the whole team worked really well to make sure we could get heating and hot water as quickly as was possible. Andy and his apprentice did a great job on a complicared system. The whole job was done efficiently and tidyed up and instructions on the new boiler given clearly. Thanks all.
