This is to certify Carlton Services are the preferred contractor for the maintenance and servicing of the refrigeration, air conditioning and kitchen equipment at Cliveden Country House Hotel Limited. I have found them to be prompt and efficient with call outs and most helpful in sourcing equipment and spares for the running of this department. The Carlton Engineers that have attended site have all been well mannered, helpful and professional in their approach to our requirements. I have no hesitation in recommending Carlton Services.

I am pleased to recommend Carlton Services to you. They have carried out a number of air conditioning installations along with numerous other refrigeration works at our leisure facilities in Bracknell over many years. I can conform they have always conducted themselves in a very professional manner working within agreed time frames and completing all works to a very high standard. I cannot recall needing to ask them back to a job other than for a general servicing.

Excellent service from start to finish and I cannot praise Pete Yeardley enough for the A/C installation in our home! He was ably assisted by Dan and they worked meticulously both inside as well as outside our home, leaving everything neat & tidy. My wife was a little reluctant about the A/C install but when Pete explained that it will also provide heating in the Winter, she agreed to proceed. She chose the Panasonic unit in a dark grey which looks very impressive in our lounge/diner, works very efficiently too, so we are very pleased with the outcome.

We couldn’t be more happy with Pete and Arctic Services. They replied quickly to our initial email and came to give us a quote within days. Our air con was installed really quickly and the guys were polite and respectful of our home. We’re so happy with the unit; it’s quiet and energy efficient. We’re very excited to be able to sleep on those hot summer nights. Would definitely recommend Arctic Services.

I have been really impressed with the service. The Arctic Services installed our air conditioner in conservatory - engineers arrived promptly, completed the job very efficiently & left everything very tidy.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install air conditioners. Shane, Chris and James installed four units in our house. The whole process took just two days. They work very quickly and clean. Guys did not leave any mess behind. We used air conditioners a few days ago. Everything works perfectly.

The team at Boyes Air Conditioning were exceptional, from quote through to installation. There were some supply issues but they offered options which allowed the installation to go ahead before the next round of hot weather! Would recommend them without hesitation.
