Interacted with both Sam & Roy. Initially we met Roy in the showroom who was really helpful showed us multiple different options that would meet our needs, spent loads of time answering loads of our questions. Roy was very welcoming and friendly and we booked a home appointment to get measurements and a quote. This is where we interacted with Sam, very friendly and approachable (turns out we knew him as he did the suits for our wedding). He was fantastic whilst with us, no hard sale tactics which is refreshing. Was building our windows on his laptop and confirming we are happy with the look. Took his time with us to ensure we got what we wanted and were 100% happy. After getting multiple quotes from other companies the experience from TWC was so much nicer as they made didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured it felt like it was all about what we wanted and needed.

We would like to thank Sam, your salesman, for his visit today. He was very polite and helpful. We knew more or less what we wanted and he never tried to push us into buying more or into fancy features which we didn't need. His explanation was thorough and honest.

Tom and Craig were our builders; excellent quality of work. We were consulted at every step of the build. Turned out exactly as we expected. Before and after photo’s attached. Highly recommended design and build from TWC!

EMERALD WINDOWS & DOORS REVIEWS

Emerald Windows replaced our leaky garden room roof with a lightweight modern alternative using the latest construction materials which should last for many years to come. Jay and Shaun were very efficient in stripping away the old roof including the timbers, ceiling and insulation and getting the new framework and roofing components installed. They were happy to explain the processes involved and are clearly skilled in their work. The same is true of the scaffolders, electricians, Craig the plasterer and Barry the decorator and we are very pleased with the final results. We would be happy to recommend Emerald Windows based on our experience.

From the very first contact it was a pleasure to do business with this company. No exaggerated prices with pressure to sign up for allegedly time sensitive reduced discounts- just a honest and competitive price for an excellent product. The fitters, Andy and Ian, were outstanding. Always turned up on time, polite, considerate and efficiently fitted all the windows and door to a very high standard. Attention to detail was exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this company.

Nice looking windows, Emerald fitters came on the day and swiftly started removing old windows. Nice and clean work. Ian and Andy were very professional, explained everything clearly and politely. At the end when it came to kitchen window there was a bit of misunderstanding in regards to style of the window but Emerald sorted everything out without any fuss. Really happy with our new windows and the firm. Will definitely recommend.

FANTASTIC. Love that they are a local company. They did a superb job in fitting our entire house - 6 windows, 3 doors + patio doors. They look amazing. Kevin and Mark were friendly and professional (the rooms were spotless, they cleaned as they went along and before they left every day). Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you guys They have also fitted windows and doors to several of our neighbours properties too.

As the owner of a building company, I've used many window companies over the years but none have come ever close to the quality of the workmanship as to Barrett's. Whether it's bifolds, lanterns, front doors or windows you can sleep easy knowing that all kit being supplied is top quality and everything has been fitted to the highest of standards. Keep up the good work lads.

Second time of using Barrett's. A very smooth process from estimate to fitting of a new front door and three windows. Kev and Mark did a great job, with a high-quality finish. They also helped to improve the appearance of a couple of old windows for me. I am very happy to recommend Barrett's.
