Hot Water Cylinder replacement. Prompt, Professional Service, extremely informative on all steps taken and advised on modifications and options. Cannot recommend BSK enough. My warranty had arrived and water heated before Bal left and he talked me through all the paperwork and the warranty criteria. My house is a compact space, service was delivered with a smile even when navigating the spiral staircase with a 170L tank and squeezing it through a teeny loft hatch. 5* is not enough!

Recently needed new central heating pump had a plumber come do the job done half a job pump was faulty overcharged us for the part left us with a leak in the pump no heating and intermittent hot water for a week left us stressed and freezing cold being messed around. Found abbeymead heating and plumbing and cannot recommend enough absolute god send! Straight away gave us advice and booked us in promptly to come take a look at very good price quoted us for the job and was able to fit us in promptly. Very professional knows his stuff very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work and does a proper job no hidden costs very honest and lovely bloke. We really appreciate everything you have done for us very highly recommended and will be our go to for the future

Michael came round initially and advised us on the problem and told us the new part to order, even giving us advice to source a cheaper alternative. He then came round the day the part was delivered and came round on Saturday evening to fit this new part. Using his expertise he was able to fit the part, despite some initially difficulty. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for plumbing/boiler/ any heating services.

Top man and is very good at his job. Just replaced my central heating pump at a very competitive price. I would recommend him and is my go to plumber/heating engineer now. Thanks Mike.
