We have been so pleased with the service provided by Hurley Porte and Duell. Starting an extension project was a bit of a minefield and it's always a nervous time choosing who to trust and work with. The team have been fantastic, kind and listened to our ideas and vision. Mark visited initially and talked through some options then followed by Amanda who did the initial survey. Both have been fantastic to work with so far as we secured planning permission and enter the final stage of the process with them. I cannot recommend HP&D enough.

Throughout our collaboration, it was evident that both Mark & Jacqui shared my vision of not only meeting my practical needs but also ensuring that the space remains sympathetic to the house's character. Their professionalism, understanding, and patience were truly commendable, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable for me. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I am now confident in moving forward with the project to complete what will be a decade-long endeavor to refurbish my house. Their guidance and support have been instrumental, and I am deeply appreciative of the service they provided.

David at DMAC Architects has provided an excellent service in helping to progress my bungalow renovation and extension project. Initially engaged to provide Building Regulations drawings for some outline plans, he has worked efficiently, considerately and thoroughly with me to modify and refine those initial ideas and produce a more usable and spacious layout that gives me all I want for my new home. His knowledgable approach enabled us to obtain planning permission with no hiccups and in the shortest time possible. I consider him to be responsive to client requests, friendly, accomplished and versatile. I look forward to working with him as my agent when the building programme gets underway and have every confidence that he will work co-operatively with other professionals engaged on my project and steer the work to a high quality and satisfying conclusion.

David has helped us with designing an extension and internal renovation in the existing building. He listened to what we wanted and came up with a plan that we would not have thought of. The plans give the building the wow factor but are also very practical for everyday living. He helped us get through planning which was not easy. He is now helping us with the next steps and we are looking forward to finally building the dream. We are glad that we chose David for this and would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

David is excellent. I would highly recommend him, his ideas are great, he is very responsive to any questions and issues we have and is very adaptable to us changing our minds! The drawings he has done for us and videos of the proposal are really clear and easy for us and our builders to follow.

Star Design Solutions did drawings and structural calculations for our project involving removal of chimney stacks, and creation of new door and window openings. Giovanni and the team were excellent and thorough. Communication was great thorough the project, we never had to wait for replies! He also gave us excellent advise regarding building regs, and I felt he went above and beyond for us. I'd be happy to recommend star design solutions to friends and family, and would definitely use again myself for a future project.

Very efficient and professional service. All our requirements were carefully considered and dealt with to our complete satisfaction. Star Design Solutions are ready to go the extra mile and do it with courtesy. Dealing with Giovanni Fusco was particularly pleasant experience. We would have no hesitation in recommending Star Design Solutions.

We proceeded with Star Design Solutions despite our project manager advising us against it - “hire local structural engineer, will be available on site, online services do not offer ability to redo plans, etc etc”. Nothing further from truth. The team (Csilla) are very responsive and the dialogue with architectural firm is very smooth whenever we have any follow ups. Would definitely recommend and hire again.
