David at DMAC Architects has provided an excellent service in helping to progress my bungalow renovation and extension project. Initially engaged to provide Building Regulations drawings for some outline plans, he has worked efficiently, considerately and thoroughly with me to modify and refine those initial ideas and produce a more usable and spacious layout that gives me all I want for my new home. His knowledgable approach enabled us to obtain planning permission with no hiccups and in the shortest time possible. I consider him to be responsive to client requests, friendly, accomplished and versatile. David has helped us with designing an extension and internal renovation in the existing building. He listened to what we wanted and came up with a plan that we would not have thought of.
