Brilliant, godsend, mind-reader, personable, and caring are only a few of the words to describe the amazing Louisa. Planning a Norfolk wedding from the US can be a challenge in itself and Louisa ensured that every step of our journey with her was a smooth one. We hired Louisa for day-of coordination and she delivered more than I could have ever imagined. I had a makeup artist/hair-stylist fall through a few weeks before the wedding and she quickly provided me with a list of artists. Within a few short hours I had booked with Stephanie Alexandra Bridal and she was absolutely amazing! We had a small group and Louisa blended in seamlessly. She was part of the family, all the guests enjoyed their interaction with her - many came up to us later letting us know how much they enjoyed her company. Before walking solo down the aisle Louisa was there to hold my hand and calm my nerves before entering the room. She truly is a treasure. Louisa checked on all guests during prep, ceremony, and reception. She made sure the groom and I had everything we needed and she allowed us to fully enjoy the day. She was an absolute joy to work with and I’d highly recommend Louisa to anyone looking to hire a highly-skilled and kind wedding planner. Mahalo plenty Louisa!!

Louisa was absolutely fantastic from day one. She is so lovely, gave excellent advice and recommendations during the planning stages and was incredible in the days leading up to the event. On the day itself, we were SO, SO grateful to have her there. It took all the stress away from Michael and I so that we could really just enjoy ourselves without having to sweat the details. And then she was there again to help us sort everything the next morning! We cannot recommend her enough, she is absolutely AMAZING. Thank you so much Louisa!

Louisa was just the most incredible wedding coordinator. She gave us so much peace of mind and we had 100% trust in her. She was extremely helpful in the lead up, answering all our questions and on the day she offered invaluable help. She is an extremely experienced professional and knows exactly how things run on the day, and was very good at timing all the music as well during our ceremony. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner - would 100% recommend!

Nikki was absolutely lovely and such a big help for the wedding planning process. She found quotes (both companies I suggested and not - which led to me having a make up artist I wouldn't have found but absolutely loved), liaised with suppliers including doing the transfers for me when I was busy, got me better deals, and most importantly put up with my bridezilla moments! On the day everything was seamless having her co-ordinate and work behind the scenes, the photographer and the venue both said how much it helped. She was able to make sure everything was as I wanted it, and fix issues so nobody bothered me at all on the day. Nikki always checked in to make sure necessary things were done on time, and I'm fairly sure I'd have been a ball of stress without her. Thanks so much!

I have used Nikki twice now. Once for my wedding and most recently for my son’s first birthday party. She is always great to work with very prompt and professional and responds to all my queries in a timely manner. On both occasions she has been able to execute my idea with very little input from myself (which is just what I need). Her team are lovely and I would not hesitate to work with her again in the near future and I’m sure I will be doing so!

Nikki co-ordinated my wedding day and the months leading up to it in June.. She was fantastic, very thorough and well organized. Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed our day and felt reassured knowing Nikki had everything under control!

We hired Hayley as our day of coordinator and we are so glad we did. She was absolutely integral to successfully carrying out the day we envisioned. She was always a joy to work with, often helping us ease wedding related worries. She offered fantastic advice throughout the process of preparing for our day. On the day itself she worked tirelessly to coordinate vendors, make sure guests had everything they needed, and everything flowed smoothly. She even arrived with a bucket full of umbrellas when the weather threatened to turn on us. Highly recommend hiring Hayley for your big day!

We booked Hayley for on the day coordination as our planning process had been somewhat stressful process and as a bridal hairstylist I felt the need to have someone trustworthy I could pass the reigns over too, to ensure the smooth running of our day. Hayley’s presence was invaluable to our day with her personal, professional can do attitude and her above and beyond nature. No question was too silly and no task was too taxing. Our only regret was not having Hayley from the get go. Our day wouldn’t have been the same without her and we highly recommend her to any couple in need of guidance and assurance during their wedding planning. Thank you thank you.

Hayley is amazing. From start to finish she was on hand to make sure everything went smoothly. A few problems with suppliers stuck in traffic in the morning, but hayley managed to keep everything calm and all timings were met.
