Ozzy has spent the past 5 weeks completing the confidence package at Muttley & Mabel. On his first day, it was a nightmare getting him to even go through the front door, now he runs in happily and I can tell from the updates/pictures that he has the best time when here and comes home completely exhausted even after only doing 3 hours! Communication is amazing, ensuring that we are kept in the loop and know how he is doing - before he started we were struggling with his excitement and lead pulling but James and the team have gone above and beyond to train Ozzy, give us tips and support ready for when his little sister arrives in May. From when he started to now we have seen major improvements in him, none of which would have been possible without their help! The staff are all amazing at what they do, I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Absolutely thrilled to share our experience with Muttley and Mabel! Our Frenchie, Ciro, just graduated from the puppy academy, and we couldn't be happier. James has been incredible—thoughtful, knowledgeable, and always keeping us in the loop with regular updates and advice. It's clear he genuinely cares. The rest of the staff treat the dogs like their own, ensuring every pup is happy and well cared for. After discovering Muttley and Mabel, we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Highly recommend.

There really isn't much to say. Customer service: fantastic. Communication: fantastic and two of the most handsome helpers you ever did see. It was Beau's first time and she absolutely loved it. She was cute AF before but was straight up adorable after. Thank you so much we will be back.

I took my stepdad 12yr old cat there as he can't manage her fur and she got very matted. They were very understanding and helpful and sorted Twiggy out with a tiny issue that they accidentally nipped her with the clippers but she was fine. I have booked her in for regular brushes as my 85yr old stepdad struggles doing it and I can only go once a week. Thank you for your help and see you in 6 weeks

My westie Lily shaggy and in dire need of a groom after many weeks in lockdown. Buddies kindly fitted her in on a cancellation. Lily and myself very grateful.

The best groomers around! Always do a perfect groom on our Cockerpoo. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Can't thank Animal magic enough. The staff were Brilliant from start to finish. It was my cane corsos first time in kennels or away from home at all, he stayed for 9 nights, he was very nervous and I was concerned about how he would settle in, after a couple of days he had settled and was enjoying he's stay. I was sent pics and updates which reassured me a lot. He came back very happy, well fed and looked after. I would definitely recommend and use Animal Magic again. They Also do a drop off and pick up service at a great price. Amazing.

Iris is amazing! My chihuahua x daschund is a nightmare to have his claws clipped, she had so many tricks and was just as stubborn as he was and got the job done! They clearly care about animals, it was so lovely as I love my dog and have tried everything. Definitely be coming back.

First time I've used animal magic for my house cat as she needed her nails cut and her ears cleaned. I was really happy with outcome apart from being told different cost when booked appointment but needed to be done .Will use again .
