Kitchen - side return and rear extension in mid Victorian terrace. Gavin made the whole process of getting planning permission and building control on board very easy. The design is exactly what I had in mind including skylights and exposed beams. Now I spend almost all my time in my bright, spacious kitchen. Thank you Gavin.

Gavin designed our kitchen diner extension and has applied for all permits required for us to progress the build. He is very professional and went above and beyond to help out when we encountered some issues with the local water company. He was always available for advice and ideas and recommended some excellent builders who have done an amazing job to bring his drawings to life and we've been enjoying our home ever since. His prices are very reasonable for the service he provides, would highly recommend him.

Very pleased with the excellent professional service provided by Gavin throughout our kitchen/diner project. I highly recommend his services and it was a pleasure to work with someone who is extremely passionate about his profession. Thank you once again Gavin.

Cannot praise this company enough. Weekly I am given an update of the following weeks work, constantly informed if any changes in costs, and Jamie snd Karl are accessible all the time. All the trades people they use are tidy and professional . Their quality of work is to a very high standard. Deserve 10 rather than 5 stars.

Excellent and highly creative. We had a large extension added to the rear of our property, it's modern and a new focal point of our home. The team were great to work with, I had full confidence throughout the design and build. Highly recommend. Thanks A Space.
