Been working closely with Vikki on a garage conversion. Throughout this process I’ve been impressed. David helped us design our garage conversion (with extension) into additional living space, and our loft conversion. He was amazing the whole step of the way and the whole process was really seamless and painless. David has a wealth of knowledge which he always tapped into when working through the ideas with us and has a great attention to detail. David’s advice was always invaluable. As well as coming up with great designs for the spaces, he was always open to our ideas too, and listened in order to incorporate our thoughts and needs into the final drawings. His ideas, creativity and final designs/drawings were beautiful and perfect for our needs. He was always on hand during the planning process and with all the additional requirements of the planning dept., he did many site visits and communications in order to satisfy planning. He was always on hand when we had any questions and was quick to take action - essentially, above and beyond. We are currently getting through the work - and really looking forward to the final outcome. We would highly recommend Holtham Newman Architects.
