It's one if the BEST museums in Manchester, especially Lark Hill Place in the ground floor which is a fantastic showing of people's life in 19th century. You can walk in old Victorian Street re-constructed from original shops, and feel how people lived in ancient UK You can find beautiful galleries in upper floor and finally have a coffee in its great cafe.
Had a lovely time walking down an old salford street. Lots to see lovely art gallery. Nice cafe there also a shop.
Great traditional museum with stunning galleries, great ethical shop and lovely cafe. Highly recommend especially for the victoriana street and sweet shop.
