I recently went to this store, and I have to say that the customer service was fantastic. The employees were very helpful and patient with me as I navigated the store and searched for the items that I needed. The fact that the employees took the time to assist me and ensure that I found everything I was looking for was greatly appreciated. It's always reassuring to receive assistance from knowledgeable and friendly employees, especially when you're unsure of where to find something in the store. Overall, I had a great experience at the store, and the customer service was a big part of that. The fact that the employees went above and beyond to help me made a huge difference and made me feel valued as a customer.

Max is nearly 9 now and he’s been to this groomers since we got him as a puppy. He’s tail starts wagging the minute we walk in so you know he’s happy to be there. Very friendly and always do a really nice groom!

Nice to have lovely team helping out. We had adopted 2 guinea pigs. And their were adorable. And we being offered free vet consultation for next visit, all the informations given was so helpful. Thank you so much.

Took our pup for his 2nd injection here the staff was pleasant gave our little guy a quick check over and gave him clean bill of health. Did a little shopping whilst there they seemed to have a good selection of products for many forms of pets and the store was clean and tidy we would of stayed a little longer but wanted to get our little fella back home, it's just a pity it isn't closer to where we live.

I have used this shop many times for my canaries and they have always been helpful and friendly, even when they are really busy. This weekend I purchased Guinea pigs and Josh could not be more helpful if he tried and not in the way of what can I get you to buy but the welfare of the guinea pig and what it needs. Highly recommend.

Always friendly service. Lots of stock available and animals in store. They usually get new hamsters etc every Thursday and they're available that Sunday! Lots of selection of brands and good prices.

Great pet store, we were looking for a good source of raw food to feed our puppy and came across this diamond in the rough place of business. Very friendly staff and everything you could want from a local pet store. Well worth a visit.

Huge selection of raw food and pet accessories. Very good prices and plenty of stock. Situated on an industrial estate so plenty of parking and easy to find.

Well stocked, accessible and reasonably priced. Friendly staff, and they offer a points system too similar to a clubcard/nectar card.
