We always get excellent service and brilliant value for money at Carl Allen furnishings. I have just taken delivery of a new bed, which was delivered and assembled by the guys today. I'm delighted with it and hope to sleep better than before!! Communication is excellent and delivery slots are arranged for the customer's convenience. There are lots of product options and in one week from ordering you can take delivery of a product built to your requirements. Five stars.

Just had my new bed delivered as usual great service lovely lads so happy with my purchase can’t fault this place had so many things from Carl Allen would recommend to anyone been shopping with them for over twenty years now never had a problem with any of my purchases.

Got a mattress had it for a month now as I wanted to see how it was over time for the price must say worth every penny and delivery guys were brilliant to for the price of 185 with delivery I well recommend this shop and staff very professional with advice

Have been looking for a leather chair for sometime. Travelled from Southampton to the factory to see the work being carried out , but also to try the chairs out, choose the right style and the leather type and colour I wanted. Chose a Manchester winged chain which suited me, and the showroom had several examples of each of the chair types and different leathers available. I also had made a matching foot stool. Both the chair and stool are beautiful and I am so pleased. Whilst it took 6 weeks to make, I got regular updates along the way and the delivery experience was also superb. And the chair is as comfortable as it is attractive.

The quality and craftsmanship is impecable. The price is reasonable for the sheer comfort. They are very responsive to queries and follow up questions. We're delighted to have bought from these guys.

Swatches arrived quickly in a perfect pouch with brochure. Very happy with sofas. Very well made and great quality. Customer service and after care very helpful.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Fell in love with a bedroom on their Instagram and asked for this to replicated for mine. The design team were thorough and the install went seamlessly. We are so happy with it and would definitely recommend Touched Interiors.

I recently purchased the luxus dining table and it is to die for, it fits perfectly in my dining room and I am very happy this purchase. The service I have received from touched has been great and they were extremely helpful when I couldn’t make up my mind on which dining table to pick. I would definitely recommend them.

From order to delivery an exceptional service was delivered.My stunning sideboard looks just great in my hallway and with the help of the customer service team, I have now chosen the mirror for above and cant wait to receive it . Job well done Touched !!!
