I can’t rate the Douglas bakery high enough. The pies and pastries are possibly the best I’ve ever tasted. The two ladies were busy making the sausage rolls unbelievably lovely. Really friendly place. Well worth a short detour of the M74.

Hands down the best sausage roll I've ever eaten. Husband had the salt and chilli beef pie which was absolutely delicious too, generous pieces of beef and it was really lean/well cooked. Finished off with an apricot cream which was lovely. Well worth a detour for! Bakery itself looked lovely and clean, staff were very friendly.

I honestly ate the most heavenly sausage roll in history. It had the perfect temperature, perfect texture and the flavour was ridiculously good. I would drive 50 miles to just eat here again. If you want the best sausage roll in Britain you know where to go!

Fantastic business. Have purchased multiple times over the last maybe 9months and everything is lovely. The breads are incredible, the bakes amazing and great service. The Pizza doughball delivery is a great new addition! We love making our own pizzas at home. Highly recommend!

The best bakery in South Lanarkshire. The food is incredible: great variety, great prices and great sizes. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. My children love to come in and chat to staff and pick a cake, it’s now part of our weekend routine.

The best place in town for their amazing bread and cakes. Don't buy my bread from anywhere else now and In in weekly to stock up. Carol made an amazing birthday cakes for my twin girls too.
