Outstanding service and quality as always today. By far the best barber shop in the West Midlands. Been coming since 2003 and it's worth the bit extra you pay and a 45 minute journey as it's leagues above anywhere else. Would like to say a special thanks to Jack who cut my hair today. First time he's done it and was superb. When he told me part way through the cut it was half price as he was an apprentice this was a lovely touch but there was no way was I paying half price as his attention to detail and quality was as good as anyone else there and better than any barber in any other shop. A welcome male replacement for the legend that was Ed too. Keep up the good work Lisa and the team, you've a customer for life (or until I go bald) in me. Missed the witty quote on the blackboard outside though.

Thank you very much for doing my 3 year old Archie's hair today! He hates having his hair cut, the lady who done his hair had the patience of a saint and was very friendly! Defiantly recommend!

The patience they have when they do my little boys hair is lovely ever so calm with him and don’t give up till it’s perfect would carry on taking my baby their as they always make his haircut so beautiful and clean.

When I got a haircut back in February, I received a warm welcome and amazing customer service. The hairdresser was lovely and did a great job at making my hair look the best it has!! It was like a cinderella moment going from scruff to beauty! I would definitely recommend. :)My Normal guy Nelson doesn’t work their no more was shameful went to him for years .However the lady that did my hair did an amazing job !

I have used Gould Barbers in Walsall for my 3 year old for the past two years and have always had a positive experience with who ever cuts his hair. Over the last few months my sons been more of a handful when getting his hair cut and today Rachel did a very good job and I am very pleased with the result and how she was with my little boy trying to get him used to the experience!

Martin is an absolute pleasure to have cut my hair. Every single time he’s punctual, polite, talkative, he takes his time with the hair cut, a true perfectionist. I’ve been looking around for someone I can keep coming to and Martin is the perfect man for haircuts so hit him up and you will not be disappointed. I can’t fault him 5/5 stars!
