Dtayed at the village nice clean rooms location is great at junction 10 walsall bar and food was great went and used gym the receptionist was lovely blonde older lady very nice rose and donna on pool were also very nice jon the tl explained how to use gym equipment over hall a nice stay.

Member of the gym. Great facilities and welcoming, friendly staff. Only use the pool and it's never too busy. Would like the option of just a pool pass though rather than for both the gym and pool as have no real intention of using other facilities in all honesty.

Julie on reception is always helpful and smiling Linz on pool and Donna always will ing to help and tell members the rules when there phones are out really good at there job nice gym pool area and nice pleasant staff highly recommend the village gym Walsall.

Friendly service, change a booking for me when they didn't have to. Very efficient, and rooms are clean. Good location and value for money. Stayed in a lot of hotels and this is one of the better holiday Inn expresses in the UK .

I stayed for one night at this Holiday Inn Express and found it great value for money, the room was well equipped and clean. Breakfast was included, there was lots of choice and fresh food. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Very impressed . Room was warm and very clean , bed very comfortable and reception staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious x would definitely go back again such good value.

Recently stayed for a wedding. As someone who has previously worked in hospitality and therefore understands the challenge and sheer effort of providing a good service, I can honestly say the service we received was exceptional. Staff are welcoming, eager to please and rarely without a smile on their faces. The food was phenomenal, up there with some of the best food I’ve ever had. Room was spacious, air conditioned and spotless. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Myself and partner spent 2 nights at this hotel. I must say we have throughly enjoyed our stay. Chris the chef and Hayley made us feel like we were millionaires food wise. All the staff made us felt welcome especially Mo, Beth and Shanon. Overall our experience was A star. We will definitely come back and also we will spread the word of this lovely hotel and spa. Thanks to everyone for our outstanding experience.

Held my Father's wake here. The venue was perfect, the staff were lovely and made the afternoon flawlessly. The food, although expensive, was worth the money.
