Amazing wellness spot tucked away in Liverpool. I was very lucky to be able to walk in and request a massage since I was visiting, and did not have prior knowledge of the area. The staff was so kind and helpful. And my massage was so relaxing - exactly what I needed! Thank you!

Lisa & Karen are so wonderful, always manage to fit me in and make you feel so welcome. Highly highly recommend getting the Callus foot peel. My feet feel and look so much better and I finally feel like I can wear summer shoes. Thank you!!

Had a wax done with Karen. The service was 10/10 she was extremely patient with me and very friendly. Will definitely be coming back and recommending my friends.

Had a Pro facial at Urban Calm this morning and was greeted by friendly staff. Was made to feel comfortable during the whole facial. The most relaxing facial and felt so good after it! She explained things when needed and took her time. Thank you! Skin feels clean and I have such a nice glow.

I had a back, shoulder, neck and scalp massage with Ruby. It was fantastic. Ruby was really attentive and made sure I was happy before we started and throughout. I came away feeling great. I’ll definitely be back!

Highly recommend Urban Calm in the met quarter. Really kind people working there and nice atmosphere.

I have been going to the beauty lounge for a few months now and the service is outstanding. Always every welcoming and the atmosphere is very friendly. I had few of their treatments from eyebrow threading, facials, nails and at the moment am having my full face laser. Sam is very professional and takes great care with your treatment.(puts in the little touches). All the staff are amazing make you feel at ease.

Hi i just wanted to give a review for Paige. She did an amazing job to my eyebrows after me growing them out for so long. I tend to get quite nervous when treatments are done on my face as its very sensitive but Paige ensured that wouldn’t happen and she made the atmosphere so calm and exciting. Even tho i live far from the salon, i will definitely become a regular customer.

I have just had the most amazing full body massage done by sam. I feel like a new woman and less stressed. I will be booking this in on a monthly basis and can't wait to try other treatments. Thank you for my amazing experience.
