It was a beautiful place in a beautiful location. Perfect for a wedding we were going to at the old barn. Val and Gerry made sure we were welcomed and well looked after. Lots of advice and tips for where to go for food and walks in the area. The room was HUGE and very comfortable, had all the amenities we needed, the views were stunning too. Great choice for breakfast and lovely relaxed atmosphere. Just wish we could have stayed longer to make more of this beautiful place. Thanks so much for looking after us! Sophie and Dave.

Painless stay and incredibly friendly staff. Comfortable rooms and great to use a family room for a group of three friends getting separate beds. Only gripe is car parking but used the railway station car park for a few quid overnight.

Thank you so much to the amazing staff, particularly Alex who made us so welcoming and looked after us throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located to the city centre and the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend, and we look forward to returning in the near future.
