I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Brontë Parsonage and museum! Purchasing tickets online in advance made for a seamless entry process. The warm welcome and clear instructions from the staff member set a great tone for the experience. The house itself is remarkably preserved, transporting you back in time to the world of the Brontë sisters. The exhibits are fascinating, offering insights into their lives and creative processes. I went on a weekday, which allowed for more breathing room to appreciate each space. If you're visiting during peak times, be prepared for it to be a bit more crowded. Even if you're not intimately familiar with the Brontës, the informative displays throughout the house make the visit engaging and enlightening. All in all, the Brontë Parsonage is a captivating experience that I highly recommend to anyone with an interest in literary history or simply curious about the lives of these remarkable sisters.

The Brontë Parsonage Museum is the inspirational former home of the Brontë family, located in the beautiful village of Haworth. It was home to the Brontë family from 1820 to 1861, and is the place where Charlotte, Emily and Anne Brontë wrote some of the greatest novels in the English language: Jane Eyre, Wuthering Heights and The Tenant of Wildfell Hall. The Brontë Parsonage Museum houses the world's largest and most significant collection of Brontë manuscripts, artworks, household and personal items, and welcomes over 70,000 visitors each year. The Museum is family friendly.

What a amazing experience, the Brontë museum is set in the beautiful Haworth village. The items in the house are exemplary and give an amazing insight to the Brontë family history,the house is perfectly looked after and staffed by very insightful and passionate individuals. Make sure to have a walk into town and visit the locations that the family used in their daily life’s.

Visited during Easter holidays whilst the event was on. Brought 3 children, 9,10 & 13 year old. They all enjoyed the event and the staff and volunteers were amazing with protective gear ready and ensuring the children were using tools safely. The museum was quiet and the machines were not on but we had a print demonstration where we had a photo opportunity and then at the end the children made their own badge. Would visit again with events on. Very accommodating.

So glad that we visited this museum as we found it very interesting. We spent an enjoyable 3 hours here and there was a great variety of exhibits. We arrived just as they opened on a Sunday and had the place to ourselves for a while which was good. Entry is free but a donation is appreciated.

Can't believe such a high value place is free. We donated after a visit to the gift shop so that it could be assigned to this museum (please ask staff about donations for further info) and there are a couple donation points/change collectors dotted around but noone hassles you or prompts you to spend anything. The staff were so approachable and friendly with directions and helping/welcoming. We slowly walked through and there was so much history. Inside the mills, they have the machines switched on and demonstrating several times a day (the times also stated in several places) as well as detailed history all over the walls. Great for kids as well as adults, really immersive. Parking is available out front, and if you drive through the gate there's a car park for quite a number of people. Displays outside as well as in with 'back to back living' houses that you can go in and look around. Great day out.
