RIVENDELL BED & BREAKFAST REVIEWS

My husband and I stayed at Rivendell B&B for two nights at the end of April 2022. Our room was spacious and very clean. The grounds were beautiful and there was amble parking. The breakfast was delicious and generous and we especially like that we were given a variety of options to pick from. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. We would definitely stay at Rivendell again.

Room very clean and comfy, had everything you needed, the usual tea/coffee, chocolate, biscuits etc, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, staff very friendly and attentive, breakfast very nice and also given a choice, great location just about a mile out of town on a nice walk. Would recommend staying there if visiting the town as a Burns fan. Thanks for a great few days.

Excellent high quality B&B , with the centre of Dumfries and train station a 15 min walk away . Breakfast , shower , room , Wi-Fi and parking , everything excellent.

What a beautiful place we happened to stumble across. Lovely and clean and the beds were so comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The next time we are heading over we will most definitely be checking in here. Could not recommend highly enough.

Cheap and cheerful! Pleasantly surprised! Rooms were very clean, warm and welcoming! The breakfast was out of this world! Had a one night stop over as travelling BUT we will definitely be back!

Great guest house nice and clean great value for money rooms nice and clean plenty of tea coffee sugar and even water and biscuits which was a nice touch breakfast was amazing would recommend!

My husband and I stayed one night. Colin was very helpful, friendly and a perfect host. We had a ground floor room which had a very comfortable bed and was very clean and tidy and it was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was really good, and cooked very well, nice and hot and we both really enjoyed it. Our thanks to Colin for such a lovely welcome and would definitely recommend Dumfries Villa to others.

Very nice and pleasant place to stay. The owner who I spoke to nice and friendly and very welcoming Rooms exceptional nice and clean,breakfast good with plenty of variety. Would recommend.
