TOP 3 NO12 BED & BREAKFAST REVIEWS

We have stayed here on numerous occasions as we love the area, and it's a great base to tour this part of Scotland. Pam the owner is most knowledgeable about the area and can recommend day trips with good hostelries along the way! The bedrooms are most luxurious for a B&B - don''t let that title confuse you, it's a beautiful home with lovely touches in the rooms, and the attention to detail makes it extra special.

Lorraine and I stayed here after a brilliant night out what a crowd of friends in St Andrews. The room was lovely, everything was clean and fresh, and we had an ensuite. Pam was brilliant and very helpful. We managed an excellent breakfast before spending a day in St Andrews clearing our hangovers.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at No12, Pam is a fantastic host and makes the best breakfast in town. The house is clean and welcoming, with comfortable beds and soft towels and sheets. Can’t wait to return!

What an amazing place to stay and the host Chris is incredible. Has shared some brilliant tips on places to see. The room was immaculate, as a Platinum traveller I see a LOT of accommodation and these rooms are fantastic. Where you are a tourist or business traveller looking for something out of the hustle this is perfect. And the train ride into town makes it very very easy. Thanks Chris!

Just had 4 nights at the fabulous Bay and Bridge in the Bridge Room. The room was very spacious and comfortable; the lounge area gave us a great place to relax of an evening whilst enjoying the fantastic view across the Forth. If we come back to this area we wouldn’t hesitate to use Bay and Bridge as our base. Great hospitality from Chris and Claire - thank you.

We had a great time in this amazing B&B. The aerea is super quiet, to reach Edinburgh by train is easy and fast. We will miss the rich breakfast served every morning with love! The room was big enough for me, my husband and our kid. Everything was clean. The owner is ready to help you with everything you need and more! Great experience

TOP 3 TARSKAVAIG BED & BREAKFAST REVIEWS

My wife and I have just recently stayed at this great B&B. Allen and fiona the owners are lovely people who made our stay even more pleasant. The view we had outside the tartan room was fantastic, a big golden field with a couple of hares residing and a deer that visited was beautiful. The hills in the distance were stunning also. The breakfasts were lovely. We certainly would stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting a friendly and relaxing stay. We stayed at Tarskarvaig BnB for 3 nights. Our hosts Fiona and Allan were warm and welcoming and Allan had many good suggestions on places to visit and where to have a good meal. He made dinner reservations for us at a local tavern and it was a top spot for a meal.

Our room was fantastic! It was beautiful and extremely clean. The hosts were lovely and our breakfast was very delish. I wish we could have stayed more than 1 night! Highly recommend!
