FAIRMONT REVIEWS
Lovely golfing vacation. The hotel is in a superb location not just for golfing, but for getting about as its only 15 minutes up the road from St. Andrews historic town . The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and the hospitality in the dining room was incredible. In fact all the staff at the restaurants and the golfing bar and grill were super. The Pro Shop staff were very welcoming and helpful too. The courses were in very good condition with silky aprons and greens.
Visited for a spa day in August and had great service and a really enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend as the facilities were up to date and really helped you relax and switch off. The package was reasonably priced and included the use of the facilities as well as the treatments. All of the staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Would recommend and will definitely be back.
The whole Fairmont property and all the staff were great, but Alex, in the concierge/bell staff section, and Ross, in the golf pro shop, made the experience for us. Truly first class professionalism, customer service, and personalities demonstrated by both employees! They made the Fairmont look really, really good.

OLD COURSE HOTEL REVIEWS
We stopped in to the fourth floor bar for a small refreshment after a hard day's wandering around the town. The staff were friendly and attentive. The view was stunning overlooking the sea, beach and Old Course. Nicely kept toilets. We didn't have time to stop longer but will definitely be back.
This is a nice hotel with lovely views and great food and cocktails. The rooms are large and well appointed. We had dinner at the Road Hole restaurant and it was excellent. We only stayed one night but I would have loved to stay longer.
I would not change a thing about our stay. Everyone was so ki d and courteous. However, I would add that Scottie Thomson, the morning and late night concierge, was a real treat. He really made our stay very nice. Raymond Pagliari

BEST WESTERN PLUS KEAVIL HOUSE HOTEL REVIEWS
Staying at the Lighthouse View Inn was a beacon of comfort and hospitality. The inn's proximity to the historic lighthouse was a unique and charming feature. Our room was cozy, and we could even see the lighthouse from our window. The innkeeper's warm welcome and homemade breakfast made us feel right at home. Exploring the rugged coastline was a highlight of our trip. A true coastal gem.
Loved our stay here. The staff were so helpful and friendly especially with the kids. The swimming pool is lovely and the food was really good. The hotel is in a really quiet location.
Such a lovely place to visit staff very friendly and food excellent we have stayed over 20 times over the years and have never had a bad experience. My daughter booked this as a gift for us but forgot to mention we needed a ground floor but it was no problem to change it.
