Had a great stay at this beautiful property. One of the highlights of our experience was the exceptional service provided by the concierge, Ahmed. With his professionalism and kind manner, he went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect. The complimentary shuttle service to St.Andrews is convenient. Two things can be improved: the breakfast buffet, which was not getting refilled after 9:30ish, and the housekeeping service, which was late every day.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. I got a deep tissue massage from Rhion and she did an amazing job. It was the best massage I’ve ever had and she was so kind. Thank you for a being part of our adventure to Scotland and making it such a great experience.

The Fairmont at St Andrews is such a luxurious hotel. It is in a beautiful location with stunning interiors and exteriors. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are wonderful and spacious. The in-room dining is also superb, with very hearty portions.

Another amazing stay. Hotel is kept to an extremely high luxurious standard and the staff were so friendly and helpful as always. Room service was excellent, turn down service was so lovely and of course the spa facilities were fantastic. Myself and my partner wish we had booked longer!! Thanks again to everyone at the Old course for making my birthday so amazing, i cant thank you enough.

Stayed for a birthday celebration recently. The whole experience was first class, well trained, smartly dressed friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. Beautiful grounds to walk in this superb location. Would highly recommend as best in Scotland.

Having the American Express platinum card gets you an amazing room upgrade. The hotel is exquisite. The history is fascinating, and the courses are beautiful and peaceful.

5 stars from the happy couple! We have just had the best day of our lives at Pitbauchlie hotel for our wedding. The staff there were incredible. Always on hand to give assistance throughout the day. Pitbauchlie takes a very couple centred approach in the wedding planning experience and are happy to accommodate all our needs. I was also very impressed with the food we were served at our wedding meal it was a very high standard and ultimately delicious! We look forward to returning in the near future

We dropped into Harveys Bistro for lunch. Lovely table looking out onto the garden ,good choices on the menu and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Well done to management on this well run hotel.

Beautiful hotel, lovely friendly staff and owner. Wonderful rooms. Food was absolutely amazing. Lovely situated. Great view from our room especially at night of the bridge. We will stay again.
