Nice, tidy accommodation with a comfortable bed in a peaceful street. Reasonable price. The employee was really understanding and let me stay with some luggage in the room until my lift arrived which I really appreciated.

Good rooms and excellent services in such an affordable prices, good location just point 1 mile from university of Leeds, just around 1 mile from city centre. Aids with Parking facilities. Clean and hygienic rooms.

My car battery died and the very helpful and accomadating owner of the guest house helped me jump start my car again. Very happy with the service.

We were a little skeptical booking here but we were definitely pleasantly surprised! We found our room was big and clean, with nice smelling towels, and a decent enough en-suite. The breakfast for an extra £3 was well worth it and it was made fresh as we came down. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help! It was everything you could want in a B&B.

Stopped here many times easy location to go from there and here only down side no breakfast served rooms clean and tidy nice cafe just up the road and a decent pub across the road fairly priced.

Superb Stay.. Clean.. Cheap and friendly. What else could we ask for.. Would definitely stay again.

Brilliant hotel for the arena, unfortunately didn't have enough time to explore how close it is to the city centre but its surrounded by bars and restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, the staff all friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

A really good Premier Inn. New rooms, very quiet, comfy beds, massive shower room and big telly. On site Thyme restaurant as well. Good value, especially if booked in advance.

Absolutely blown away with my stay, the room was amazing spacious and clean. Loving the new decor. Beds were very comfortable, had a great night's sleep. Was made very welcome and got sorted soon as we arrived. We opted for breakfast fully enjoyed then had a lazy morning before checking out. Great location for everything within the area.
