They provide spacious, clean, individually decorated, and comfortable rooms, all featuring en-suite modern bathrooms. Each room includes complimentary tea/coffee and hot chocolate, chilled water, fresh milk and snacks, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, and an electric fan. Their popular full English breakfast, cooked to order, is served in their farmhouse dining room overlooking the front garden, with a takeaway breakfast menu also available for those in a rush. This relaxed B&B in a restored 18th-century farmhouse is 9 miles from Bletchley Park and 13 miles from Silverstone Circuit racetrack.

A lovely bed and breakfast and the owners were lovely. It's a great building. Really quaint and the location is fab. Stayed there when I was delivering training in Milton Keynes, and it was only a ten minute drive away.

Always a friendly and excellent experience at Home Farm with Annette and Steve. Wonderfully decorated and clean farmhouse rooms. The Beachampton village setting is idyllic and quiet. Highly recommend.

Amazing! We stayed here along with family following our wedding reception near by and our hosts were brilliant. Just what we were looking for a gorgeous B&B with beautiful surroundings. Our breakfast was also absolutely delicious. I would 100% stay again and a recommend a visit. Thank you again for having us!

Beautiful surroundings Lovely clean rooms, the owners were lovely and the homemade brownies requested in advance were amazing. The breakfasts were also fabulous, freshly made full English with local produce as well as cereals, fruit and yoghurts for choice. Would stay again if in the area

Lovely welcome from Kaye on arrival. Nice quiet B&B in the countryside with lovely rooms overlooking the farm which were clean and tidy. Kaye & Arthur were very helpful in speaking the mechanic on the farm as one of our classic cars wasn't working. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were attending Roverfest which was being held in the next village Weston Underwood. We would definitely stay there again.

I had a lovely, slightly quirky, room with patio doors opening onto a beautiful garden. Lovely shower and bathroom, loads of space, good TV and plenty of parking.||Breakfast in the main house was delicious and set me up for the 3 days of training I had booked.||Would revisit.

Full of character. Lovely welcome and instant feel good factor. Peaceful and relaxing. Lovely building and nice location. If you want noisy action, don't come here. Great breakfast too. I loved it and would certainly return.
