HOLIDAY INN MILTON KEYNES CENTRAL REVIEWS

We had dinner at the New York Italian by Marco Pierre White restaurant tonight and we were really pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The menu had a really good selection of varied dishes. We chose the pork loin and a pizza, both were excellent. The service was outstanding. Kara was our waitress and she went out of her way to make us comfortable and ensure we had everything we needed. She was smiley, happy and friendly. We are looking forward to our next visit .

The overall hotel was very good. The room was very spacious and tidy and well stocked with tea and coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful. Special mention to Bow and the team in the hotel restaurant who provided exceptional service throughout our night and made our stay a delight. The pool and steam room are nice. I would definitely recommend anyone to try out the pool for a bit of downtime and relaxation. The hotel itself is in a great location and is close to all the amenities you could ever ask for. Overall I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Really relaxed atmosphere and very clean. Staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to help you out. Adrian was great, he come to our table and took our orders and made us feel very welcome. Also our son got a free chocolate ice-cream complimentary of the hotel. Couldn't ask for more thanks guys will be back.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and 3 kids in a family room and we were very impressed by eberything at this hotel. Staff were always happy and helpful. The facilities were top quality, room was spacious, breakfast was excellent, locality had everything you wanted around you from zoos, play centres, restaurants to all sorts of mega superstores for shopping. We would definitely return here sometime in the future and would highly recommend to others.

Stayed in family room very spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable and soft. Breakfast selection was very good. If I had to pick a downside it would be the need to pay for parking for hotel guests.

Stayed here now during the year 39 days good experience as well very handy where its located as shops everywhere and resturants as well. Also an Asda 5 mins walk away,staff polite and the rooms are second to none will be staying here again love it.

Franco was exceptional and delivered outstanding customer service during our stay at the Leonardo Hotel. My partner and I are regular guests, often booking the executive room. Occasionally, we encounter issues with amenities like the fridge or air conditioning. Whenever I brought these concerns to Franco, he promptly checked on the facilities to ensure everything was functioning properly. His politeness and commitment to excellent service truly stood out. Thank you, Franco, for your dedication and support during our stay!

Never disappoints. Great location with many restaurants surrounding the building. The restaurant within is good enough on its own with a decent selection of great food. Rooms are spotless with comfortable beds, coffee and tea making facilities are provided. kettle is supplied and an iron, which is good. The bathroom was great with a good shower. Staff are first class. All round great experience

The two ladies on the reception when I checked in on Wednesday evening (around 7pm) I have regrettably forgotten their names but they were fantastic throughout the duration of my stay. The room was lovely and the food is also good, but these two members of staff in particular are a credit to your Hotel.
