Such a lovely experience. Hosts were really friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and cosy, equipped well had lots of snacks and drinks available. The breakfast was a highlight with a basket delivered to our door including pastries. We will definitely stay again.

An absolute gem! Just totally perfect, so quiet, comfortable, cute little place. Luxurious soft furnishings, decorative extras. Yummy breakfast hamper and overall 100%. Great easy access to the canal where you can enjoy walks and two pubs.

We had a wonderful stay at the old chapel. This is an exceptional B&B. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Lots of lovely extras including home made cake and an excellent plentiful breakfast. Communication was first class throughout with extremely friendly hosts. Stunning property, in a lovely tranquil , rural, location.|Hosts were very welcoming, and breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice.|Host provided separate postcode, which took me to the end of the driveway, so easy to find, despite being hidden away. |Will definitely stay again when working in Milton Keynes.

I stayed with Laura and Ed in their beautiful property from January through to July 2023 due to work commitments in the area. I’ve had the pleasure to stay in every room, and can highly recommend any of them! The area is beautiful, with the cottage set back from the road- parking is easy and straightforward. It’s only around 15 minutes to Milton Keynes and a little further to Northampton. Breakfast is always delicious with a great selection. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay short or long term, definitely consider this gem!

Absolutely superb B&B in historic building located in peaceful country location but within easy reach of Milton Keynes/Hanslope/Northampton etc. Decoration, comfort and breakfast all top class with very friendly hosts (Ed & Laura). Highly recommended.
