I was concerned that if I ordered from All terrain that my parcel would not arrive before I left for holiday. As you can contact All Terrain by phone, I gave them a call. “ yes we have your tyres in stock and they will be with you before you go” was the answer I was given. I ordered that morning. I was notified that the tyres had been despatched the same day. They arrived the next day. Superb service with a human element if you need it. AND the tyres were the cheapest price I could find on the internet. Thank you very much All Terrain. It was a pleasure dealing with you.

I had a fantastic experience with Joe's customer service. He was incredibly prompt in responding to my emails, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Joe not only addressed my concerns quickly but also managed to resolve the issue I was facing with impressive efficiency. It's rare to find such dedication and professionalism, and I'm extremely grateful for his help. Highly recommend!

All Terrain offer fantastic prices coupled with super shipping times. My online orders with them have never been problematic so highly recommend them.

Despite living over 100 miles away, I keep coming back to Pennine Cycles. I cannot fault the customer service at all. The advice and expertise is second to none, and I trust the judgement of Paul to recommend the correct equipment or clothing. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Paul fixed my seized pedal at very short notice tonight. A service beyond what would ordinarily be expected. A pleasure too chatting with a real enthusiast. Thanks. Will make a point of calling on his expertise in the future but with better notice next time.

Brilliant specialist cycling outlet. Fantastic, friendly service and expert advice. Aslo the only Bianchi dealer in Bradford. Paul can also make bespoke bikes. Highly recommended for anyone from novice to Froomie!

RIVERSIDE E-BIKES AND CYCLES REVIEWS

Me and my bestie hired two bikes last week for a ride along the canal. Firstly, we had the best ride. Highly reccomend to anyone especially on a nice hot day! It was beautiful. Secondly, all of the staff there were so lovely and accomodating. Helped us choose the right bikes and make any adjustments so they were comfortable. Cant fault in the slightest, already excited for the next time we hire again! Thankyou thankyou.

Fantastic service from Sean and team. I had a very specific bike in mind and Riverside were able to supply and reserve it for me with no problems whatsoever. Spoke to Sean a few times on the phone and nothing was too much trouble and got great service when I collected the bike. Delighted with the service from Riverside. Even though they aren’t my local bike shop, I wouldn’t hesitate to come and shop here again. Oh, and the bike is absolutely fantastic and so much fun!

The range of bikes that I could see, the advice I received and the level of service was fantastic. Over the last few weeks I have visited many shops in search of my first ebike and none of them came close to the attention I received at Riverside - many thanks to the team.
