“Darvill's Pets Gardens and Florist is a family-run pet shop that has been in business for over 100 years. The shop stocks everything you need for your dog, cat, or bird. Their pet department includes small pets such as budgies, parakeets, finches, canaries, mice, hamsters, rabbits, and guinea pigs. They offer short-stay boarding for small animals, as well as nail clipping. There is an in-store offer with Burns Premium Dog Food: when you have bought 7 of any size bag, you get the 8th free. Darvill's Pets, Gardens, and Florist has a large wild bird section where you can purchase a small bag of food to a 25kg sack at competitive prices. They also have a florist department and a lovely, experienced florist who can make up flowers for all occasions, such as birthdays, weddings, and funerals.”

Never been here before as it looks outdated, however it is a great pet shop, lots of supplies available and low prices. Better than pets at home with respect to products and supplies.

Purchased our first ever reptile. So helpful, really lovely staff. Very happy. Clean environment, all well maintained and tidy. Will return here for all my pets needs.

A lovely lady helped us to buy the correct fitting harnesses for our dogs, she was very patient and I would highly recommend.

I visited this pet shop with one of my dogs who had been suffering from severe stomach issues for years. She was constantly at the vets, on omeprazole and nothing seemed to be helping. After a thorough consultation and fur testing on both of my dogs, we were recommended a specific food and some targeted supplements. I’ll be honest—I was sceptical at first, but I was also desperate to help her. Within weeks, the transformation was incredible. She’s gone from repeated vet visits and daily discomfort to a completely stable, happy dog with no stomach issues at all. I genuinely cant believe the difference.

Our presser canario had soft runny stool before we heard about this place. After we changed to food bought from this place, we had no more issues. Fitting name for the store. True to the name. We also got our custom name tag here and a wide selection of toys, collars, treats, bedding, etc. Everything for your pets. The only downside is that there are sadly no pets. It is very expensive compared to the other stores, but it's worth the extra pounds keeping your pet healthy. The staff is always kind and very helpful too. I definitely recommend the food from here, if u can afford it.

My cockapoo joe has allergies to pretty much everything, but thanks to carl and the staff at healthy options he's living his best life. Regular allergy tests and honest advice has meant joe is absolutely thriving. Highly recommended aaaa+++

Cracking shop with brilliant customer service. The elderly chap (I think the owner) is an absolutely lovely guy always willing to help. I had an issue with a gas bottle that felt like it was full but wouldn't work. He fixed the issue by clearing the airlock in the bottle and it's working fine now. He could have kept my bottle and sold me another but instead he fixed it for free and was honest. Would highly recommend this shop. Outstanding customer service. No wonder it's always busy when I go.

Lovely friendly shop, very helpfull and they have lots of lovely items inside as well as lovely plants flowers and memorial ornaments for the nearby cemetery,

Local business sells a wide variety of products and plants all at good prices and excellent service.
