3 Best Bicycle Shops in Ealing, UK

I pretty much built a bike myself, though defer to bike shops for things that confuse or intimidate me. I went to the wrong bike shop first, who did their best, but the bike never felt right. I knew it was the headset (which I stupidly bought second hand - wouldn't ever do that again!), so bought a replacement but given my amateurism, called The Bike Shop to assist with installation, who organised for a same day headset change and they cut my steerer tube for the incredibly reasonable price of £20. They did the work in less than an hour and it's completely changed my bike. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. It's very rare to find such great service in this city, I have rode miles and miles away for much worse service. I will definitely return.

Beautiful place . Today was my first time, I stopped by to have my son's bike repaired. I really liked it, everything was clear and professional, well done guys! Professionals in their field. I will recommend this place to my friends as I trust these guys. My son was very pleased. Thank you.

Top service. Dropped my bike off for a fettle and service after it's been on the trainer all winter. The guys there were incredibly polite and helpful, and had it ready the same day. Thanks a lot!

With my local bike shop closed down I needed help with my slow leaking flat tubeless tyre which was looking rather perished after 4 years. I found The Bike Shop online, only a quick bus ride away, and gave them a ring. Spoke to Colin who was very helpful, asked me to bring the wheel in for repair. I arrived 45 minutes later and Colin explained my options based on my preferences. I selected my new tyre (this time with a tube) and left the wheel with Colin while I took my dog to the local park across the road. Got back around 45 minutes later and the job was done. Well stocked bike shop, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great service. Will be going back later this month for a bike service. - Bob T Reply
