Yasmin was absolutely brilliant at the store she done absolutel miracles for me and helped me get a bed that I’ve really wanted even though it was about to become discontinued she was able to get it. The delivery guys were superb left the property clean and fitted my bed with no hassle no damages very happy Well recommend simplybeds team in Ealing.

Just got our new bed and nectar mattress delivered, we are very excited! The delivery was punctual, very smooth, the communication from the store was timely and efficient, and the assembly and care of the products were extraordinary. Very pleased with the purchaseand the service.

Well priced beds and matressess. Great customer service, the worker in the shop was very helpful showing me the different options and giving suggestions based on my wants. Also for a small fee they will come and dismantle your old bed and take away the matress before installing your new bed.

We went to dreams in West ealing today, we met a lovely lady called Ramona who was very helpful. When we arrived she very kindly offered us refreshments and to try the sleep match service which suggested the best type of mattress for our body sizes and shape. Having done that she showed us a great selection of mattresses and we bought and arranged delivery with Ramona that day. Very happy with the whole experience and really enjoyed meeting such a lovely person like Ramona. 5.

Great service and advice! We were seen straightaway by Mohit, who guided us through choosing the right bed frame and then mattress for us. We got to experience the sleep machine, which worked out the best mattress to suit our needs. Mohit took the time to help us make the right decision on our mattress. He also clearly explained the offers and additional options available to us. And we got a complementary cup of tea whilst making our minds up! Thank you.

First time visiting Dreams and it was great! Mohit helped us to find what we are looking for. He was honest, reliable, genuinely helpful and answered all of my questions patiently. I have placed an order for a Vispring bedstead superb mattress and Vispring mattress protector over the phone with Paul; who was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable about the products. Delivery had been quick and efficient. The two gentlemen who delivered the mattress were friendly, and also really hard working. They delivered the mattress to my chosen room. The quality of the Vispring mattress is great, it is so luxury. My son is really having the perfect night's sleep since he got his new mattress. Thank you and I definitely recommend Beds Are Uzzz

Very pleased with my experience here - great price and good lead time, the item came more quickly than expected.
